The advantage line has shifted to Alinghi. The Swiss tack and approached the first cross on starboard tack - BMW ORACLE Racing wouldn't be able to pass ahead, and have been forced to tack to leeward. After the tack, the advantage line sits with Alinghi at 60 meters.
